PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

  • Legal obligations: the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(c) of the Regulations, since the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject.

For other processing purposes, such as marketing, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) of the Regulations, which requires the data subject’s consent to the processing of his or her personal data for specific purposes.

DATA PROCESSING METHODS AND RETENTION TIMES
