What data we collect
Data you give us through the contact form
On the About Me page you can send us a request. The form prepares an email with the data you enter, which you then send yourself from your email app:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Company
- Website URL
- Type of request and message
This data is used only to reply to your request and is not passed on to third parties for marketing purposes. The same applies if you write to us directly by email or WhatsApp.
Browsing data
While you browse, the systems that run the site record some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet, such as the IP address and browser type. This data is not linked to identified users and is used only to keep the site secure and working properly.
Statistics data with your consent
Only if you accept statistics cookies from the banner do we collect aggregated browsing data with Google Analytics 4. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
Third-party content
The site uses Google Fonts and shows YouTube video previews. The video itself loads, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), only when you start it. These services receive your device’s IP address in order to deliver the content. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

How data is processed and stored
Data is processed with IT tools in a way that ensures its security and confidentiality. Request data is kept for as long as needed to handle it and, if a professional relationship follows, for its duration and for the period required by tax and accounting obligations (currently 10 years). After that it is deleted or anonymised.
Who receives the data
Data is processed directly by the controller. Only the technical providers needed for the service, such as the site hosting and the email service, may access it, and they are appointed as processors where required. Data is not disclosed to the public.
Providing your data
Sending the form data is optional, but without an email address we can’t reply to you.
Your rights
At any time you can ask the controller for:
- access to your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR);
- correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR);
- erasure of your data, where provided by law (Art. 17 GDPR);
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR);
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR);
- objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).
To exercise them, write to info@raffaelevisintin.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of the country where you live.
Minors
The site and its services are not aimed at children under 16, and the controller does not knowingly collect data about them.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated over time, for example because of changes in the law or in the services the site uses. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
